We have the experience to be able to tell what looks good on a particular face but we also know that changing a person's look can be an unnerving undertaking. We would much rather a person takes a week to decide the pair that they want than make a hasty purchase and then regret what they have bought. We have a price match policy on a like for like basis and can also arrange for you to take frames home overnight to show friends and family. Our after sales We know that glasses and sunglasses do not always get treated gently. Should they ever need refitting or tightening, they can be brought back to the store for free adjustment. We also provide a free life-time ultra-sonic cleaning service for all frames purchased from us and a no-quibble guarantee (ONE year for frames, TWO years for lenses).
